Director of Student Ministries
Crossroads Church is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries to lead a Christ-centered, discipleship-focused ministry for students in 6th–12th grade. This role provides the opportunity to shape a thriving ministry that reaches students across multiple school districts and homeschool networks. We're looking for a mature and spirit-filled leader with a strong biblical foundation, a heart for students, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers. The director will provide vision, structure, and consistent leadership to help students grow in their faith and become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.
