Crossroads is seeking a caring, organized, and dedicated individual to serve as our Nursery Director. This part-time position plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment for our youngest children. The Nursery Director will oversee nursery staff and volunteers, coordinate childcare during church services and events, and help nurture the spiritual growth of our little ones through age-appropriate activities and Bible lessons.
